Jan 9, 2027 is the 2nd deposit due date.
Here is a breakdown of the trip expenses thus far.

Estimated cost of the trip (without flights): $6125.73
Estimated cost of the trip (with Economy flights): $12,720
Estimated cost of the trip (with Premium Economy flights): $13,585

Payment Plan
The payment plan of the trip is the following:

• 20% of the whole price to confirm and book the trip at current prices
• 40% of the whole price, 3 months before the trip – Jan 2027
• 40% of the whole price, 1 month before the trip – March 2027

*Please note that airline tickets booked with agent need to be paid upfront.

**Final pricing will be determined after all deposits are received by August 30, 2026.
Once the group is confirmed, excursions will be selected collectively, private transportation will be arranged based on group size, and the final trip cost will be updated accordingly.
